So, how do I add a picture from my desktop to my reply?

just upload it to a image hosting site and put the link here between (img)here(/Img) and replace the brackets shown with these ones[ ]

There's two ways.

The first is to use the Attach Files option located below the Full Text Editor located here:

From there, click "Attach Files", select the file, then press "Attach This File".

Alternatively, use a image hosting site (personally, I use Imgur) to upload the image, then copy and paste it.
