I would go left facing the academy and bust the rock cluster there then double back to the cluster to the right. I know people freaked out about him not showing up in the forums before. Promise he is there. Do you mean where the krabbys show up or the geodudes/shuckles? A few minutes after trying your spot I finally got one to show up!
