There was one previously, replaced by a ...Shoall Shell. You can't convert the Shoal items into it either. What you read was prolly an episode changelog, which means that the item now works properly. Wasn't always the case. Many of these items, moves and abilities mentioned in changelogs are unavailable anyway. Link to post Share on other sites
