I'm pretty sure the electizer is still available as an held item. you might have to reset a few times for it to hold it, because like Edea said, there's only a 5% chance that it's an held item. It's 20% chance if you have a pokemon with compound-eye leading the party, works even if the pokemon is fainted. Just do compound-eye frisk trick, have a fainted compound-eye leading the party, put a pokemon with frisk second. That will make it so much easier.
