[Answered] Hunting Chikorita

So, following..Sophie? I think's guide for the most part on pokemon areas early on. I decided I'd like a Chikorita so I went and caught a Chingling and trained it up to a Chimecho, came to the house where the hiker guy is said to be after the Team Meteor plot and...nothing. Nobody is here.

Has this event pokemon been removed or do I need to do something specific to trigger it?

Edit: I just checked epsiode 12 of Reborn aswell and he wasn't there either. So I have to either trigger something or he wasn't in episode 12 yet.

Progress more, he won't show up if you haven't beaten Aya yet. And...you sure you're in the right place? The little hut on Azurine Island? Cause it's not a hiker, it's just some guy.

Yeah, I know now. Sophie just called him a hiker in her guide if I remember right. Thanks for the info though, I'm gonna go cream aya.
