So I've rocksmashed every single wall I could find and I can't for the life of me find an aron chamber or flash

All I can find on the topic is that its in the deep railnet and I can't find it :I where do I enter this 'deep railnet' ? I'm feeling kinda stupid here.

Just keep playing, the earliest you cna get to the deeper parts of the railnet is when the story requires you to, which is after the 7th gym iirc.

I defeated noel but I need flash for the deeper parts of the tanzan mountain cause quite frankly I can't see where I'm going and I keep going in cirkels. Also you're suposed to be able to get the sticker from the guy in the aron chamber before spinel town?

Oh, you're already at that point. If so, remember where you did that puzzle with the train tracks? The last part of the Railnet? Yeah, go back there. There's a door on the left side you can open if you get the tracks to it, like you did to solve that puzzle. And to get Aron, you'll need to bring something with Headbutt.

Yup. You need something with Rock Smash to get to him.
