Take up an after-school sport / activity maybe? If you don't already do one, of course.

can't be done i live in a little town without such activities and the city where i go school is too far.Btw thx for the comment i appreciate it

If your going to college, study. Don't make the same mistake I made. Choose a path you want, and look into it. I just now declared my major, and I'm a Junior in college... If your school offers college credit classes, take them. This isn't really a hobby, but it will help you in the long run.

Meditation is a great reprieve from technology and it really does help. It's also worth investing time in learning something, like an instrument, a language, or just spending the whole hour actively listening in on music.

if it isnt too late, then join marching band! its a pretty cool experience imo and while you cant really take my word for it, kinda new to it myself, but from what i have experienced so far, it is hella fun <3
