Spinel Town vanishing girl [maybe spoiler]

I am trying to complete the sticker quest in spinel town. i talked to the girl infront of the pokemon and when i moved she vanished. I found her again and did as she asked. she then said to come find her again for a reward, but she is not back at her starting spot in Spinel town. I even went and defeated the pulse and she is still not there. Am I missing something obvious or what?

It worked for me, though I can remember getting frustrated on this one too. I'm not sure what to tell you. Did you talk to her again? Maybe she had something else to say? Perhaps she's in one of the buildings in Spinel Town?

I haven't found her again since she said find me again. i checked every building except the gym. though i doubt she will be there. it does sound frustrating.

Edit: nvm she was found. it was because it was raining why she wasn't appearing

Yep. That event can only be concluded when the weather is clear (and maybe windy) iirc.

She doesn't "spawn" when it's raining~
