So since a new version is out, lets get hunting. If you find a capsule, post a screenshot and its location here!

The 1-time-event capsule in Goldenwood Forest is still there at the same place. And the one in Venam's gym and the Xen Lab (the one where we fight Giratina) is at the same place as well.

Oh my lord, the posting. I don't think all ability capsule from version 5 is changed.

Maybe odd key and mosely's mama place.

I think the old Ability Capsules are still lost to you if you missed out on them the first time.

So far, i have failed to find any of the new ability capsules. Shing, your list is woefully out of date, and many of the areas screenshotted no longer exist as they did pre v6. Im going to keep looking, but remember to add any info if you come across one!

That's why i was question about the old ones was invaild, so was rightfully true.

There is an ability capsule in the new Black steeple prison in a prison cell in the far right under a bed
