Wasteland key...?

Pretty recently I was looking around for the place you find Mr. Bigglesworth in the wasteland, watched a video or two on it, and it seemed it was accessible from that one locked building that I could never figure out. What I don't know is how to unlock it, so.. help?

1. beat noel

2.beat fern (battle in SAW)

3. go back to tanzan cave

4. go to the other area that was previously innacessible

the wasteland key is obtainable through the story lol

You need to find all of them and activate them if I remember correctly.

You need to turn them all blue iirc and then the door unlocks.

For me it was Red. They start blue and I had to turn them all red. Bring rock smash with you.

Yeah I'm pretty sure they all have to be turned purple before I could access that place. Also, isn't that where a certain water pokemon's event is located?

They all have to be turned red. And yes Octy, that is where you'll get Squirtle.
