Just found a shiny beartic, is it worth using on my team though?

Also based on my team (in my sig, part of the spoiler) which pokemon should I replace it with? (I'm leaning towards replacing it with my delphox but I'm not sure if that's a good decision).

Depends on nature.

But for me: No.

Moveset is bleah, and delphox is much better.

Does it have good IVs? Its Nature and Ability can always be changed later, which is good. But Delphox is much better than Beartic. You could use it in Rotation, however.

I'd personally keep it for rotation if it has a good nature. But to replace Delphox? Not in the slightest. Like the other posters have said, it's really not that great. The movepool is shallow, and it's easily outclassed by other Pokemon.
