A new starter for a new run Pokemon Rejuvenation

So my computer was broken last week, and obviously had my savefile deleted when i reinstalled Window. So now i want to make a new run, and i want you guys to choose a starter for me (i know, i've asked this 4 times already). I have access to version 2, so i'll be getting my Gyarados, my Azumarill and a whole lot more, so i don't think i'll like a Water starter. But your opinion is always welcomed.
