All members of your team must have base speed LOWER THAN 70 (e.g. Breloom and Bisharp are no goes). Anything OU or lower is acceptable to use. The tour will start at 6 PM tomorrow (Sunday June 14th) at 6 PM EST

Like Scizor...Diancie...Swampurt... I'm sure you couldn't use any faster Mega Evolutions, even if the pre mega Pokemon has a lower base speed.

Like Scizor...Diancie...Swampurt... I'm going to say no, but the opposite I will accept, if the Mon gets slower (Below 70 after Mega) it's ok.

I only help host the theme tours if Dark Desire/Jericho is not around and get the channel ready for upcoming Theme Tours.As for prizes, Dank Desire/Solace handles those. I think they stopped giving prizes out for a unknown reason though. No prize was given in the past few weeks either. So sorry.
