Need help with weather

Hi folks, as of today I would like to start either a grass or water monotype, and for either of those i need ludicolo, and for that I need rain, but here's the thing, this week's weather is nothing except a windy day, and when I change the week on my computer's clock the weather doesn't change, so what am i supposed to do ?

you have to watch TV. read the weather report carefully then adjust the DATE on your computer. i repeat DATE.

Going forward in time canresult in some bad weather glitches, where the weather for some weeks never change.

I'd recommend that instead of going forward, you test going backwards. But it's been a while since I messed with the weather, so I don't know.
