I've been losing to Luna recently since i don't have a lot of stronger healing items, does anyone know where ultra potions are?

I can't even remember what the Pickup Table was for Episode 14 so I'm not sure if you can obtain from it, but you can buy them at Agate Circus, which you don't have access to.

I would recommend using Moomoo Milk instead, which you can give a Oran Berry to one of the Miltanks on Route 1 in exchange for it.

what i recommend is too g and grind your mons in iolia valley, also make a team to counter the field

If your weather is sunny, you can also buy the berry ice cream which heals for about as much as a ultra potion.

Yes, get some ice creams and that should do the trick.. and also there is an Ultra Potion in the Coral Ward, it is hidden. You can use it to get a Skitty, there in the Coral Ward, or for your own.

Ice Creams work really well. And they don't ever melt.

A pickup team is great for getting ultra potions but you should really get oran berries and give them to miltanks for moo moo milks. I am rolling in ultra potions and moo moo milks right now.
