Can we use resources from Reborn's files?

This is my first thread, so don't murder my soul if i've posted this in the wrong spot.

I'm working on a project myself (heavily inspired by Reborn and Rejuvenation) and i'm wondering whether it's okay to use the battlers sprites and icons from the Reborn/Rejuvenation files, is this okay assuming credit is given where necessary?
