Having trouble finding Mysidia Cave, please help?

I read somewhere on the forums that Mysidia cave is located in the farthest East section of Chrysolia Forest. However, I keep running into what looks like a mossy rock where the supposed cave is supposed to be, the farthest East section of the forest.

Does anyone know the EXACT location of the cave? I've been on the hunt for Eevee for awhile.

Thanks I actually found the tree that's blocking the path, the time he used isn't working for me though. Any idea what the correct time for a windy day is..?

The game's weather is random. You can check the forecast in any TV if you want to have an idea of when you should play to get to that place.
