So I am trying to get lotad really late but when I checked coral ward when it was raining (changed the date), lotad wasnt there. Do I need a pokesnax in my bag for it to appear. I need lotad since I guess the next gym leader is amaria and my azumarill is my waterfall candidate.

It should be on rainy day at pier. If you dont get try changing time( like day night noon)
