Help!!! Stuck need help ASAP

I am now currently stuck in the lapis ward with the dr connal's orphanage and psychiatric treatment center being locked, i have already cleared the event with the team magma and aqua quest so... i could not battle shelly at all after all.. Need help ASAP!!!

Yea , i went to upstairs and talked to her and this is what she said : Heather was one of the only the friends i ever had.. I hope she's okay... Now i don't know what to do anymore

Uh, if you've beaten Dr Connel's lab then you should already have battled Shelly. The next leader for you is Shade. It's weird that Shelly is still around though, I thought they all go down to the Railnet after that. Try heading down to the Railnet, you'll need rock smash.

The thing is i can't enter Dr connal's lab and it states locked all the time

The save file will be in directory. C:users:name:saved games:reborn select game.rxdata file

I found it friend. You have to go to grand stairway, There is a ladder . go down there and save your friend. And also obtain rock smash from a hiker
