There is. If you haven't reached 7th street yet, keep going, you can't miss it cause the story leads you there, it's not an optional area or anything like that. If you're there already, buy all the Pokemon in the bottom-left, you need shards to do so.

You could try the Lottery thing. If 3 numbers match, you'll get an Exp. Share...

Is the Exp. Share still a reward? I thought it was a Master Ball now.

Masterball should be all the numbers... i said 4 in the other post xD

EDIT: Doesn't matter, i got it wrong anyway. Exp Share is only 3 numbers.
