[Reusing common events]

Hi, I'm working on a fangame of my own, and I'm using games like Pokémon Reborn and Rejuvenation as a baseline. I understand using tilesets and music require permission from the artist, but I'm wondering about the events in these other games. For instance, if I copy a common event for completing a quest from Rejuvenation, is that seen as stealing or violating ToS.

 

I wouldn't assume so, since it's something that I could just as easily type out, but I just want to make sure.

[Skydrop bug]

Found a minor bug in route 2. I ran into a wild Rufflet that knows sky drop, which it used and then missed, as a result it considers my pokemon locked in sky drop, so I can't escape, use items, or use moves. basically I'm just gonna have to wait until it struggles to death or reload an old save. just a minor bug to keep in mind for the next update.
