Hey, Unfortunately, I am not 100% on this, but I think, those logs are not supposed to be destroyed by Pinsir right away. You need to make the Bouffalant outside charge into those logs by defeating the corresponding Tauros. Then the logs are displaced and I think only then the upper log can be destroyed by Pinsir.
