You can find Buneary in the Evergreen Forest as static encounter or later in the game at the Goldenwood Park.

From Cairo on route 4 you need exactly 10k red essence and talk to the chespin in the house.

The Pansage encounter ist currently bugged so you encounter Panpour at the night and morning, but you can find it in the Goldenwood Forest before you do the restoration quest.

Should be in the 9 Badge chest in Whispy Ruins but IIRC you need strenghth to get there.

Yes its every day a roll of 3.33% for him to sell the Blue Moon Ice Cream. IIRC its costs 20k than.
You need 1 Blue and 5 other ice creams or 25 normal or 23 strawberry.

The fastest way is giving espurr ice cream and when you have a blue moon ice cream its ~20 (stawberry is a bit better than vanilla or chocolate) times more efficient than the other 3 and they are the 2nd best option. But when you say you don't have ice cream you lose points.

Here is the list from the walkthrough.
Spoiler1) Kimono Girl Beatrice: First: Judicial District Police Department. But she needs us to do something first. Head to Route 9 and go to the beach and fight the white-haired guy here. Afterwards, return to Beatrice.
Talk to the guy at the desk and give him the final parcel. Head back to the trucker. Talk to him, and he’ll activate an encounter on Route 9.
2) Kimono Girl Lana: First, Nightmare City (Left side of second map). Save her from Sableye. Then, meet at the Dream District Northwest area. On your way you’ll be stopped by Damien, answer “Uh… yeah” for a relationship point.
3) Kimono Girl Efi: Grand Dream Gate (east of GDC entrance). She will give you a Pearl.
4) Kimono Girl Midori: Oblitus Town (top, behind the decrepit gym)
5) Kimono Girl Sesilia: Sensu Meadow (right side of the maze area). Answer no to her question.
6) Kimono Girl Eyna: Honec Woods (shrine area to the west of the main area)
7) Kimono Girl Ruka: Route 9 (Where the Flamethrower T.M. was, via Forlorned Cave)

According to the PBS-File ditto can ony have quickpowder, so you have to wait until you can flay away from GDC.

You only need to download the current version of the game, the savefiles are in a diffenrent directory so you don't lose them when you install a new version.

I fixed the Event, so that you can recive the Eevee. You only need to replace the file with the map in the data directory.

You have to patch your game to 13.04. This was a bug in a old version.

Its currently bugged, so you can't get Eevee there.

I guess the Eevee Kristilline Town is bugged, I also didn't received the Eevee after comleting all the sidequests in 13.04 at the other runs it worked fine.
I checked the Event and it was changed in the patch.

Event in 13.04 But the variables for the reward are OFF after you receive the reward so its impossible to get this Eevee in the current version in a normal way.
