https://imgur.com/a/SWksfPB I'm aware. It's the game not user error. Blue can't have Reckless, so I thought maybe the game had it reversed but after ramming ability capsules down both a red and blue's throats I can assure you no Basculin have Rock Head.

Basculin, the Rock Head ability isn't available? Figured I could finally give the mon some love in my mono-water run, but no Head Smash spam is killing that idea in the bud.
