Where do I go next? [REJUVENATION]

I am completely confused and it's frustrating me. I am on chapter 6, trying to progress the story. I just beat Rirom B for the first time and the guide I'm reading says all i have to do next is talk to Augustus, but this doesn't work, Augustus doesn't take me to the Secret Shore like he's supposed to. What do I do? Where do I go? Who do I talk to?
