I've gotten to the final room here and made both Giratina statues appear, and put dark on left and light on right as the hints told me to, but I dunno what to do from here...I've tried using the funny spectral mode thing to pass through the cracked door but I just end up stuck :(

Stinky wet place under city = water treatment center. Enter from Celestine cascade and just go right. I think the portal is as northwest as you can go (last room).

I remember getting one by giving an Aquamarine Ore to a guy in either Kristiline or Teila after I got the 7th badge (you might be able to get it before, not sure)! You can get Aquamarine Ore by using Blast Powder on the mining rock next to fisherman facing down towards a surf spot in Aquamarine Cave (on the path to where you rescued Saki)
