Currently travelling with Nim on route 4 just after the Wisp Ruins and have talked to the lady who states that there's a guy who overlooks the reservoir who should know how to get past the roadblock leading to Akuwa Town. I swear I've searched this entire area up and down and cannot find wherever this guy is. I also can't leave because Nim stops me. Any help at all would be appreciated!
