I am wondering when can I access Seventh Street, where is it in the city, like is it underground between Sixth and Eighth Street, and how do you access it when you can? Right now, I am at the point where I have to beat Aya, the second Poison-Type Gym Leader, I guess, the one I think, will give the badge of that type. Corey was the first one, but he died, and everything, and Aya was his replacement, aka the new Poison-Type Gym Leader, so yeah.

I have no clue to obtain this item in the Obsidian slums. I know it isn't crucial to the main story, but I will still like to get it. I already got though the slums before, and got the egg, though.
