In order, file from 2022 and file from 2023, +errorlog. No differences between them besides the used times, I believe.

[Pokemon Encounter Crash Error]

I recently attempted to play Pokemon Reborn again. My previous file was a, I believe, 1.18 build save file. Once using the updater and attempting to play, any wild Pokemon encounter I receive brings up an error message. All of my remaining save files are very close together since I was previously fighting a gym leader and saving before the fight with new loadouts every time I reset, so I can't move back to old saves to hopefully fix the glitch.

The game will crash and close completely every time I receive a wild encounter. I am not tech savvy at all, and yes, I have already redownloaded the game from the page, + I don't have this issue with a new save, so I think it's related to my previous save file. Is there a way to fix this? If not, is there a mod I could get to immediately load me in at a gym so I could resume where I left off? I tried checking through the forums for similar problems, but other problems I saw didn't have the same error message. 

[Speedup Not Working]

I've been sitting on this issue for a bit and even redownloaded the 19.16, but I got nothing out of it. I also downloaded the 19.11, and speedup did not work on that either. Plugging in the charging cable does nothing, so I'm assuming it's a problem with the linked files. If anyone has any fixes, LMK.

Does nothing, though the speedup button on the earlier version of the game I have downloaded does work, with or without the charging cable. The 19.6 version still has no response, though.

Player from 18.1, recently downloaded the new version to start another file.  Downloaded via this post because the updater wasn't working properly. Old save file ported fine, all keys working properly, except speedup. Pressing Alt, M, etc does nothing, and there's no speedup tab in the options menu. Key resets don't provide any option to remap the speedup button. Everything is working fine so far except this one feature. Any help?

This did work, but now it takes incredibly long for anything to load. I'm assuming this might be a problem with my computer / memory as a whole, but thank you for helping!!

I don't know your save directory, but saves are usually stored in "My Games", also your file should start with an uppercase G giving you "Game_x" where x is your save slot.

 

So take that gordos file, change its name, put it in the correct folder and everything should be fine.

I don't have any reborn files in my game directory, just steam games.
Edit: I did check "Saved Games", which has Pokemon Reborn's file there, but upon putting my game in it, it doesn't work. It registers my save name and team, but whenever I attempt to load it, the script "takes too long to restart" and a popup appears and says "script is hanging"

Recently decided to try and open up reborn again; but since I updated my windows, some of my files changed. I currently have all the files, I just don't know what program to open them in. I at first opened them in the wrong programs, and when I tried to reconvert them, it wouldn't register in the game files. I have tried changing the name of the file to game.rxdata, and since I'm on windows there isn't any actual "game data" file and all recent saves are named game.rxdata and put back into the Reborn folder while previous saves are put in the %appdata% folder, so that isn't what I'm getting wrong here. Any help? (Links attached are notepad file, google window, and notepad file respectively, i believe)

[Looking for Odd Keystone!]

I've been looking for an Odd Keystone in the mining rocks beneath the grand stairway so I can get a Spiritomb, but I've wasted a few hours on it and I'm starting to wonder if it's possible. I'm currently right before the Psychic Type gym leader and have 7 badges, have yet to get into agate city. Is there any sort of prerequisite I need to getting the odd keystone, or am I just getting unlucky? I looked through a few topics before this, but they only mentioned 'having patience', and I'm not sure if there's all there is to it. Thank you, sorry if this seems obvious :)
