oh yeah, how do I know if it's a backup save?

where do I find that? I can't seem to find it.

I've been trying to figure out how to do so but can't, so how?

I tried quitting the game and accidentally saved so I can't choose to soft restart the game. don't have any pokemon that can use teleport or fly (not that I've gotten the badge to use fly) is there maybe any way I can go back to a previous save file? because I really don't want to restart.
