 my current team  is greninja, luxray, venasaur (modded: long story don't ask), raichu, ditto and bronzong.....should I add jynx or lunatone to the team....and who should i replace anyways?

Hi, as of now when beat aphophylI  gym I have travelled to azurin lake but I can't figure it out but when I read a wiki page on how to do it it was listed as a side quest. I am now confused and aimlessly wandering around. any help any one?
