I read the README and it talked about the new coming Episode 17, is it possible that the game was just not updated on Romstation?

yes i did that but nothing happened i couldn't go take a train. i watched some videos and when they entered the train station they had the right computer turned off but for me both are on, maybe i have some kind of bug?

i am stuck after i beat the fairy gym, i know i have to go to tourmaline desert with the train, but when i enter in the train station, we just tell me that "All tickets currently sold out. Please check back later." so i can't go to the right and take a train. Did i miss something or is it a bug?
