I realized that after I sent it sorry, plus the patch doesn't work for me:(

When I am in the pyramid with Ren and Aelita trying to get the jewel of life to restore the spring of rejuvination when Ren , Aelita and my character aree almost at the end of the puzzle where you have to keep characters to continue moving foward with puzzle it glitches out and won't let me switch characters anymore please fix this problem because I don't want to have to Restart my game for a 4th time the first 2 times I lost my save file without deleting them they just magically dissapeared, and the 3rd time is what I reported the problem at.

When I try to get across the platforms so I can get the jewel of life it says that I must wait for the others and it won't let me switch to either Ren or Aelita, I don't want to have to start a new game for the 3rd time so please fix this, also the last 2 times I somehow magically lost my save file without deleting them
