Hi all, I was hoping somebody could tell me why the old man on the bottom left who teaches Draco Meteor, Frenzy Plant etc. at the Mosswater Markets isn't appearing in my game? I have defeated Amaria (Torrent Badge) and to my understanding that should be enough to unlock him. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the replies. So there is no way that Jolteon can learn Volt Switch in Reborn?

Hi all, I am aiming to teach my Jolteon 'Volt Switch'. To my knowledge the move can't be bred into Eevee nor can it be learnt by levelling up. I had a look on a recent TM Locations guide for Reborn but it didn't state where the VS TM is located in-game. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
