I thought about that except everything I’ve read online states that you only need the Torrent Badge to unlock him. -
Hi all, I was hoping somebody could tell me why the old man on the bottom left who teaches Draco Meteor, Frenzy Plant etc. at the Mosswater Markets isn't appearing in my game? I have defeated Amaria (Torrent Badge) and to my understanding that should be enough to unlock him. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
