[E18] Un-stuck Me! The save file fixing thread

After Noel Gym battle and talking to him in the house and going in the other room everyone appears to be missing and cant progress - I have tried my back up saves and have no luck. ( I did use out of bounds very sparingly and i mightve triggered an event at the grand stairway cave which i shouldnt have) GAME.rxdata
