I cannot vouch for Cal, because the whole Apophyll fiasco was a choice that he made(albeit under manipulation) primarily due to his inferiority complex. As a result, he is shunned from the main player's society, and will never be able to redeem himself in the eyes of the person he truly did this for: Victoria.

Hi!
So I am currently building a team for a battle with someone I know, and I saw that Charizard does learn Dragon Dance through TRs, however I couldn't find a tutor anywhere. As of now, is it possible for chari to learn Dragon Dance? And is it viable that ep 19 will include TRs? I know that many of TRs' moves have been given to move tutors, so I was just curious.

Hello Zumi!
So I just downloaded and extracted v13 on my phone, but when I open it (using joiplay) I get this:
this is a fatal error and I've double checked everything, including re-downloading as well as re-opening, but nothing seems to be working...
(Also, just in case you didn't know, joiplay is compatible with mkxp as I tested it with reborn.)
(Also-Also, I checked the file mentioned below, and it's there. It's not missing, and i don't know why this error keeps coming up..)
