Are there any early-game changes pre-v13 in this update or can I start a new playthrough now without worrying too much about major changes to the story?

Ever since I’ve downloaded the latest patch for the game, I’ve been unable to continue Narcissa’s side quest. After using Dark Pulse in Phasial Cave and having Young Narcissa tell me to find her older self, I headed to the cave on route 9 with the crystal but nothing happens and I cannot progress through the story. Unsure whether or not this belongs under Fatal Error but it doesn’t seem minor either imo. Apologies and thanks in advance.

My bad for the late question. I aint the best with with computers and I've been having this issue. Any idea how to get the latest patch so I can fix this problem? Thanks in advance.
