I have a team of lvl 20: Grotle@Rose Incense Noibat Espurr Grimer@Black Sludge Pancham Should I be a higher level for Fern and Florinia (lvl 25)? There are very few training places.

Eh, not too keen on those Pokemon. Something with a more distinguishing type, or a newer pokemon (gen 6 or 7) would be more preferred. -
So, I've restarted back to before Julia. My team's Grotle, Noibat and Espurr. Any recommendations for gym leaders/hard boss battles? Or any TMs or items I should pick up? I want to get a Pancham maybe.

Can I reset for the Espurr in Peridot? Or is it decided by game start? If not, what other unique pokemon can I catch in Peridot onwards? Like a psychic type or a good water type?
