So uhm, the event Budew that's supposed to appear in East Gearen City, in the park, does not appear. Is there a specific time needed to find it? I am there during daytime but still can't see it.

So, today I opened the game and when I was going to the eastern part of East Gearen, this popped up. Could anyone help me with this problem? Thank you.
Edit:Apparently this bug only occurs in one save file, the Others are completely fine.

The problem is, the way seems stuck by a fence. And there aren't any reacheable crystals nearby on that side of the bridge. Any help?

From what I see it was "axed in v.2" but is there actually no way of getting magikarp?
