    And now about the topic of why I messed up. It's really silly, I know it myself, but I felt the need to express it and I've never been shy of showing freely what I think. (you can skip it if you want, it's game related and has spoilers so don't read it if you're just starting)

    Yeah, I took the Reshiram's route in the game and I didn't have a backup save file so I saved the game after the wtc events. And since I'm going anarchy and trying not to spoil myself with anything, I didn't know it would kill Taka, and oh Lord was I upset. You see, I first didn't give a single eff to what or who the bad guys were, they where *just* bad guy, weren't they? but as I partnered with him in Tourmaline, I got hit by The Feels. Specifically, the N Feels (BW was my second pokemon game), and felt so sorry for him omg. I wanted to bring him to safety, and felt sooooo bad for having refused to battle him at the wtc. And even worse after what happened with Lin and Titania, and the void dialogue with him afterwards. So now I have to either start another game and take Zekrom's route (I wouldn't get his relationship points, but I'm willing to sacrifice that if he stays alive) or have hope that Ame will make something in ep 19 that gives us the choice to bring him back somehow.

    Aaaaand that's my stupid rant and little introduction. I hope we'll get along!

    As for Taka, dunno, I took Zekrom Route because I really wanted to battle him (My pokes were low levels.) But I didn't know Taka would die in Reshiram Route... First time I heard of this to be honest... Would you mind telling me where he died please? :s Because: (Spoiler warning, be careful)

    Also, your'e sure not having a back-up file? You checked your Games files?

    If remember quietly, this quest start by talking to the Leader of the gang you joined at 7th Street. I think you're mistaken, you tried to go to the Peridot Park? The one which is near Grandview Station? Also, you must talk to someone in order to donate some money? (Not sure about this since i dont remember.. srry, was quiet a while ago)

    If I remember quietly, it is located on one of the Islands near Akuawa Town, hidden in a cave. Though I don't know which one exactly, sorry 😞

    In terms of Ub's, would put Pheromosa instead. I like the idea of having Deoxys, which is know to arrive in an Meteor, which clear underneath of Reborn. And, finally, I'll put Rayquaza isntead of Necrozma, of course, this is because is my opinion, Deoxys and Rayquaza seems to be rivals, so why not for Lin to having both? Also, Rayquaza has the color-theme as Lin.

    In my opinion, would be Umbreon, has great bulky stats. Foul Play is useful against strong pokemon, Toxic and Moonlight will help you to stall. You will also get a Sylveon by Ren's hands, So Umbreom would be the best choice, you can have Raichu, and I'm sure there are better psychic mons around Aevium. A way to increase friendship is Blue moon ice cream, which increase it to fullest happiness. Battling/walking/take a haircut/give it some snacks etc.

    Propably, it comes down on who you can use the field to your adventage, making it change while taking the lead of the battle. You must set the field ablaze, while beating Illusime, because Rain Dance will extinguish the flames.

    Anorith starts out with its Telluric Seed, so I can't Attract, Fake Out, etc. first turn. Rock Slide decimates Slugma, Growlithe, Farfetch'd, and Dustox, and whichever bug remains will usually clean up the rest. 

     

    Another strategy I've come up with involves a Poochyena (it's shiny!) that I found a while back. I'm pretty sure I can use my Embargo TM on Poochyena, train it up, and then I wouldn't have to worry about Shelly's Hyper Potions, Anorith's Telluric Seeds, Illumise's Damp Rock, etc. Thoughts? 

    Mmmm, pair Meowstic with Growlithe, prevent Illumise to Rain Dance, and use Flame Burst, it will change the field to blaze, and if did not miscalculate, it should bring down Illusime , preventing Anorith from using its Telluric Seed. Also, use TM Nature power with Meganium/Shiinotic to attack (It becomes flamethrower on Burning Field).

    Unfortunately, it is not possible. The only way is to start over again.

    I was reviewing Shelly's team and noticed that all except one of her Pokemon are female. 

     

    This led me to the conclusion that using Attract (via the tm given at the onyx arcade or by leveling up a male spritzee from the flower shop puzzle to level 29, among other methods) might be a solution to my current problem. Thoughts?

    The abilities are: 

     

    Meowstic: Keen Eye

    Farfetch'd: Keen Eye

    Shiinotic: Rain Dish

    Ponyta: Run Away

    Dustox: Compound Eyes

    Slugma: Magma Armor

    Abilities: 

     

    Growlithe: Justified

    Trubbish: Aftermath

    Linoone: Pickup

    Meganium: Overgrow

    Put Growlithe in. Flame Burst hit both pokemon, also, Fake out Illumise to stop it using Rain Dance, so Anorith don't get de boost speed. (Anorith is very fragile).  You will definetily need Slugma and Farfetch'd, to beat Yanmega, Masquerain, and with luck, Anorith. Yeah, Attract would be useful. But, I remember Cut being useful on this battle. So, why you don't try usinng Meganiun? If you manage to obtain a Fire Stone, would be great. The remaining is Araquanid.. is a great threat if Rain Dance is active due to its ability. If somehow you manage to Slugma and Farfetch'd face it. you may bring it down.. So I'll put your time like this in my opinion: Meowstic, Slugma, Growlithe, Farfetch'd, Duztox and Meganiun.
