[V13 - Savefile troubleshooting]

Adrienne does not appear during help quest here. Can't remember if he was there at the station but is definitely not present in the forest. ive been able to find the 3 workers from a help guide, and they say they are going to head over, however i cannot submit the money or the Scyther due to Xem not being there, thus making it impossible to fight Aya or start Goomink sidequest. Can someone help me out?

I'm in a battle with the shard guy at agate circus, and he has a rimbombee. every time it uses quiver dance or when I attack after the quiver dance, the game says the script could not be loaded in time, please restart the game. Has done this consistently over the last 3 weeks and im starting to get frustrated. any help would be appreciated. have updated the game to the latest version. im playing on a Mac if thats a problem.
