I've just finished the episode 15 and got three pokemon I find perfect for my team: bulbasaur, gible and honedge.
Here's what my team looks like:
Ninetales-Alola (F) @ Light Clay
Ability: Snow Warning
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Blizzard
- Aurora Veil
- Moonblast
- Calm MindThe ice type is often very useful. While Ninetales isn't my strongest mon, the utility from aurora veil has helped me numerous times
Greninja (M) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Protean
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature (+spatk -atk)
- Surf
- Extrasensory
- Water Shuriken
- Dark PulseStrong special attacker, I'll replace Surf with Scald when I get it
Blaziken (M) @ Wide Lens
Ability: Speed Boost
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 38 SpD / 220 Spe
Adamant Nature (+atk -spatk)
IVs: 15 Def / 10 SpA / 30 SpD
- Bulk Up
- Blaze Kick
- High Jump Kick
- Brave BirdIf I can get one or two bulk ups, it can usually steamroll the whole opposing team. Wide lens allows high jump kick and blaze kick to always hit.
Venusaur-Mega @ Venusaurite
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 220 HP / 84 Def / 60 SpA / 144 SpD
Modest Nature (+spatk -atk)
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Leech Seed
- ProtectI can't mega evolve yet but I already have the Venusaurite, and love Venusaur. He's one of my favorite pokemons. He is bulky and still hits hard.
I use protect mostly for double battles.
Garchomp @ Soft Sand
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature (+atk -spatk)
- Earthquake
- Poison Jab
- Dragon Claw
- ProtectOnce again, protect for double battles. Soft sand will be changed for a Life orb once I get it.
Aegislash @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Quiet Nature
- Flash Cannon
- King's Shield
- Wide Guard
- Shadow SneakNot the best set without Shadow Ball, I'll replace shadow sneak as soon as I get the tm. Weakness policy will be replaced by steelium-z once I get it.
Wide Guard for double battles.
My team overall has nice resistances (although it's vulnerable to ground, against which I have ice, grass and water super effectiveness). It has a nice offensive coverage.
My biggest regret is that only Blaziken can setup, Ninetales has a harder time using its first turn setting aurora veil up.
What can I change or improve for my team and what do you think of it ?
How to improve my team ?

Thanks for all the answers, this is very helpful.
I'll try to answer to everything at once:
I don't plan on battling other players for now, this is my team just for the in-game trainers.
IVs
Ninetales: 17 10 31 31 24 30
Aegislash: 31 24 31 31 26 10
Greninja: 30 20 27 29 19 19
Blaziken: 31 31 15 10 30 31
Venusaur: not bred yet, I just have a random bulbasaur at the moment
Garchomp: same
Ninetales: I'll definitely change to Nasty Plot, thanks for the input
Aegislash: I've EV trained it but not leveled it to level 90 yet, so I haven't had a good chance to try him. If I want to replace him it will probably be with Scizor.
Greninja: I outspeed almost everything, and use Water Shuriken for priority. Will changing the nature still allow me to OHKO almost anything ? Aso, I've considered teaching him (toxic?) spikes, but I am not convinced by the utility against in-game trainers
Blaziken: No flare blitz because if I can setup, usually one shot anything anyway and don't want to lose hp. I indeed don't use Brave Bird too often, Knock off / thunder punch / stone edge seem like good replacements. I've chosen Knock off to hit Psychic and Ghost pokemon
Venusaur: I don't really want to use HP fire, because it will take me too long to breed anyway. For the Roserade replacement, I don't agree with the same typing as Venusaur-Mega has fire / ice resistances (Thick Fat). I really like Roserade but I don't feel like they fill the same role... though it would allow me to get another mega evolution (is mega Scizor available ?). Also, is Ingrain really better than Leech Seed ?
Garchomp: I had not looked at the Garchomp learnset and didn't realise you don't get the earthquake TM. This makes me doubt how to build him: defensive with rocky helmet ? Offensive without earthquake ? I haven't started to breed him anyway. Also, Bulldoze vs Stomping Tantrum, I'd go for Bulldoze.
