      The misdreavus? It hangs out between a couple headstones on the far west side of Goldenleaf Village. 

       

      The Gourmet Treat? There's a vendor in the Route 3 Marketplace that sells them at an extremely discounted price. Dude's a bit shady, but then again, so's the misdreavus. 🤷‍♀️
