So as the title suggests, I need help completing my pokedex. It's mainly RNG with the police station eg or that I might've killed during their one time event, so I would be appreciative of anyone willing to throw me one (or more, if you're so inclined) of the following Pokémon:

You can use the move relearner for zen headbutt or, again, breed it with a Kadabra/alakazam that knows psycho cut for that

Mudkip os no longer on that questline. To find it you must use dive outside of the apophyl beach and find keys to enter the various underwater houses.
Mudkip will be hiding in a hole and you'll have to use an antidote on it.

@Bignoob27 you could try going to your Pokédex and finding the location information for it. I don't really know for sure and I'm just about to call it a night right now, but if you'd like I could breed you one and trade it over.

@GingerBoss you can't breed zen headbutt to a medicham.
You can however breed psycho cut (physical, bp 70) by breeding with a male Kadabra or alakazam that knows it.
If you need some help with breeding hit me up on a PM, or, if you'd prefer, I might have some psychic type TMs that would not be a bother to teach it

yes, it was really lucky! but i think i went through like 25 or 30 eggs before i got that budew (like i said, i had my magcargo with flame body and i'm sure he was burnt out). but, then again, 30 eggs to get those exact ivs was VERY lucky indeed. I started laughing when i got it so soon xD

I'm just going to go ahead and agree with Gheist. I have at least 3 to 5 battle ready pokémon of each type, fully EV trained. Sure, some have more use and I tend to pick them out more than others (I mostly take my Blaziken instead of my Arcanine, for example) but I can confindently say that I have all bases cleared when it comes to typing and advantages just because I can select from such a huge roster and be confident in their abilities/moves/stats.
My best advice would be to encourage you to have a big selection of mons. And if at first you dont succeed, try again.
Call it superstition, but I never take out my super fang HM Slave Bibarel. Has worked well so far. You could also get yourself a noibat pretty early on and get it to Noivern easily. It's a powerful dragon/flying with access to moves like dragon pulse, boomburst and again, super fang, for that solid 50% health damage.
