Where can I get Nevermelt Ice from (except from wild pokemon holding it)?

Hello, I was wondering if it is possible to add any new Pokemon to my Reborn playthrough myself or if editing any of the existing once is possible, for example lets say changing sunflora to an ice dark type with the ability pressure and different base stats (then i'd only need to change the sprite of one of them)

Hello, I wanted to know if theres a way to edit the pokemons typing, abilities and base stats in game? For example changing a Ledian to Bug / Fighting, with the ability Pressure and a base attack of 80.

Hi, I wanted to use some mods. Everyone seems to know how to activate them but I have no idea. Can someone explain to me step by step how to implement them into the game? Im talking about this mod to be precise: I downloaded the zip file, i have the newest Reborn update, I have the PBS file, I have the trial version of RPG maker XP. I just dont know how to activate the mod. Please help me by explaining it step by step
