Python, C# or even C++ I'd say are good starting languages. Though if you're only interested in Pokemon Essentials stuff, I guess go for Ruby directly (or whatever else PE uses cuz I legit don't know).

 

The good thing about coding is that once you learn a language, learning a second one is orders of magnitude easier, especially among OOP languages, because they share many of their basic principles.

Honestly even if i don't understand any of the techy stuff I still enjoy all those coding lessons Cass-sensei have taught us :D. Btw can anyone please tell me where do people with 0 knowledge on coding start at? I really want to try it and maybe one day I can help code a fangame as well XD

omg i don't know if it's because I've been reading Cass's previous post cuz i'm a dum dum when it comes to coding but for once I understand what is happening in this post! Hallelujah, Also kudos to Cass and the other animation team members for making this so much easier. They are walking so the future fangame creators could run XD

I'm definitely going to start over since the last time i played reborn is a few years ago XD. I'm really excited to play EP19 and reignite my passion of playing pokemon games ever since IRL just crashing at me like a hype train. Also huge thanks to Ame, Cass and the other developers for the awesome game, can't believe we have finally reach the end... ;w;
