Lame title is lame. Greetings and salutations! I am finally joining this forum and downloading Reborn to try it out, after having it sit in my, "You should totally play this sometime" list for about two years. (Of course the reason I have time is because my gaming laptop decided that the motherboard couldn't see the hard drive and I can't afford to fix it, but let's not focus on the negative.) While I have been a Pokemon fan since gen 1, I personally haven't played one of the games in years, because I am a completionist and a collector, so I couldn't make myself leave an area until I had captured every Pokemon available in that area, and as the generations progressed this slowed my progress to glacial levels until I just couldn't stick with it. I got around that a while back with Pokemon X, by doing a Nuzlocke run, which by definition meant I couldn't stall in an area trying to get everything there, but that was a while back so I'm most definitely not in practice. I've never been someone who really looked into the meta, and I've avoided potential spoilers when looking around the forum, so my first run of Reborn will likely consist of me picking a starter at random, running around a bit like a headless chicken trying to work out all the new mechanics, and then after crashing and burning either at the first gym, or not even making it that far, I'll come running back to the forums yelling, HELP, WHAT DO I DO?!? So yeah, expect to see me again soon. I'll be the guy running in circles as he tries to wrap his head around the fact that his Nuzlocke strategy of "just level grind until you are confident you won't lose anybody" is no longer viable.
