[PBS file for V13 ?]

I'm gonna be honest i have no clue what pbs means or where to put em

[V13 new mons locations]

If it hasn't been found i do know toxel is in WG sewers in grass, and i also found a wynaut in the caves in darchlight woods

I got on, and started walking around then suddenly i get a pop (shown in the pic) and some other popups that i couldn't get a pic of cause i clicked to fast (i tried restarting a couple of times to see if i can get them to show again for a screen shot) but only kept getting the one popup.

It seems like i can't use my surf or ride my bike anywhere cause i have someone with me? don't really know if there is anyone but it would be nice to use my bike again
