HI, as said in the title , i am looking for a horsea with dragon scale, i can't find one no matter how long i am searching in ametrine mountain (i maybe need to go further in the story first). If someone would be so kind as to give me one (if you want a specific pokemon tell me, but i don't really have a lot, i can give you leafon or Omastar with half EV training done at best , those are currently my best one out of the team) Thanks in advance
